F.A.Q.s

 

1.     Pricing:

        We offer a number of pricing options to fit any budget. Please see our Decorated Cookies,            Traditional or Decorated Cookie Gift Boxes pages for details.    

 

2.     Order Minimums:

        Most of our offerings are sold by the dozen, and we do offer 6 cookie gift sets. Our pricing              page includes these details. If you have a special request, please do not hesitate to reach            out.

3.     How far in advance do I need to place my order?

        We encourage orders to be placed as far in advance as possible so that we can get you on          our calendar.  At minimum, we typically need 1.5-2 weeks of advance notice, assuming we            have availability. If you have a large order (50 or more cookies), or need something rushed,          please e-mail us to discuss. 

 

4.     How do I place an order?

        For traditional baked goods or small quantities of our cookie gift boxes (10 or less), please            email celebrationbakingcompany@gmail.com or call 321-442-3628.

        For custom decorated cookie orders, please email or call us with the             

        following information:

        - Date of event
        - Date you want the cookies in your hands
        - Theme or design ideas 

        - Color scheme, if you have one in mind
        - Quantity

        *For custom decorated cookie orders under $100: a 25% deposit is required, refundable            if order is cancelled 7 days or more before the event.

        For orders over $100, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required.

        Why is my deposit non-refundable? Answer: The necessary ingredients and supplies for

        creating a large order typically need to be purchased well in advance of the creation of

        the order to ensure everything that is needed has arrived in time. This deposit allows us to

        cover those costs should you cancel your order after they have been procured.

5.     Cancellation/Payment Policy:

        Orders must be paid in full at least 7 days prior to date of pick-up or shipping.

 

6.     Pick-up and local delivery:

        Local delivery available within a 5 mile radius of Celebration, FL. For larger orders, delivery          radius may increase. Pick-up will be arranged via e-mail 3-5 days prior to date needed

7.    Do you ship?

       *Shipping is currently unavailable, delivery or pick-up only*

       

       YES! We ship most of our products (please see pricing page for exceptions).  Shipping cost         will be added upon order placement. Shipped cookies will be placed in plastic bags,                       wrapped in bubble pouches and packed with shredded paper and foam peanuts to ensure             they remain protected. Orders will be shipped 3-4 days before needed to ensure they arrive         fresh. Once the order is shipped you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible 

       for late or damaged orders from USPS.

 

 8.   Packaging: 

       Traditional Baked Goods for Pick-up: Will come in a white bakery box. At this time, only our 

       Thumbprints from our Traditional Baked Goods offerings are available for shipping.

       

        Cookie Gift Set: Pick-up: Will come in a white box with clear window. Shipped: Folded Box            and crinkle paper will come with cookies so you can package.

 

        Custom Cookies for pick-up will be placed in a white bakery box. If you would like the

        cookies bagged with solid colored party ribbon the cost is an additional  $5/dozen. If you

        would like a specialty ribbon, cost will be custom quoted.  

 

        For shipped cookies, if you would like the cookies to also have party ribbon, it is an extra $3

        per dozen, specialty ribbon will be custom quoted. 

   

9.     How long do your baked goods stay fresh?

        Our baked goods will stay fresh for approximately 2 weeks but are best within one week of            delivery. To keep our cookies fresh, we recommend placing them in an airtight container.              For our pizzelles, they will stay crispest in an empty coffee or other type of metal can. If                you have ordered cookies that have a logo or other printed image we have placed the                    cookie in a bag with a twist-tie. This is the optimal way to store these cookies. Sealing them          with a heat sealer causes the sugar sheet to break down, so we do not do so.

10.   Can you freeze your baked goods?

        Yes, cookies can be frozen for up to 6 months. Freeze cookies in an airtight container or                wrap in cellophane and place in a freezer bag. While still in their freezer container, set                  cookies out at room temperature 6-8 hours before your event. Do not open the container              until the cookies are totally thawed as condensation on the cookie bags can cause the icing          to run and degrade.

11.    Allergy Information/Ingredients:

        Our baked goods contain dairy and are not gluten-free or vegan. They are also     

        processed in a facility where nuts may be present. We can modify our Thumbprint recipe to          not include nuts, but cannot guarantee there won't be cross-contamination.

12.    Refunds/Returns:

        While we do not offer refunds on our products, if you have an issue with an order, we will do 

        everything we can to make it right.

13.    Customization/What if I don’t see what I am looking for?

        We love creating custom orders and working with you on the perfect design and color

        scheme. Feel free to e-mail us with your ideas and we will work together to get everything

        just right.

14.    Payment:

        We accept payment via Square, Venmo, Paypal or in cash.

15.    Private Classes:
